Job Description

About Path

Path is a healthcare company powered by technology, dedicated to making mental health care work for everyone. Path takes a patient-first approach, where treatment is more accessible, personalized, and effective. With Path, it’s easy to find a high-quality therapist or psychiatric clinician who accepts insurance and is actively accepting new patients.

We are deeply committed to providing high-quality care that improves the lives of patients, investing in the providers who deliver that care, and always operating in an ethical and compliant manner.

What we’re solving

Over 65 million Americans have a treatable mental health issue — that’s 1 in 5 people. Today it’s difficult to find a provider, and for those with complicated conditions, it’s nearly impossible to find coordinated care. There’s a good chance someone close to you could have used the help, even if it wasn’t obvious to the people around them. We’re here to fix this.

Our Mission

Path's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone.

About The Role

Please note: We are looking for someone who is able to work in Central (GMT -6), Mountain (GMT-7), or Pacific (GMT-8) time zones.

1 in 5 people are suffering from a mental health issue, and fewer than 50% of people are getting the help they need. At the heart of this issue is a national shortage of mental health therapists. In order to succeed in our mission of making mental healthcare work for everyone, Path must be the platform of choice for therapists to grow their practice. Our Provider Success Associates (PSAs) are critical to ensuring Path therapists receive an amazing customer experience.

After a therapist has chosen to join the Path network, our Provider Success Associates (PSAs) build trusting relationships with therapists to help them achieve their goals and grow their practices. Every Path therapist should feel like a human whom they know and trust has their back at Path, all thanks to the PSA Team.

This team supports therapists through a thoughtful orientation experience, ensuring their caseload goals are met, monitoring data on a therapist’s progress with Path, and intervening during critical junctures in a therapist’s journey. The goal is to grow the number of appointment slots offered by the incredible therapists in our network by ensuring they have an amazing experience.

  • Perform profile consultations and provide support to therapists transitioning to full-time work

  • Use consultative selling techniques to help grow the business

  • Monitor and interpret data pertaining to therapists

You Are

  • Able to work in Central (GMT -6), Mountain (GMT-7), or Pacific (GMT-8) time zones

  • An individual with over 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or similar fields

  • Qualified with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills who develops and maintains positive relationships with both external and internal stakeholders

  • Excellent communication both verbal and written

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage and build relationships with a large network of therapists, enabled by CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and processes

  • Someone who has an ownership mentality and ability to independently navigate ambiguity, creating processes where they may not exist today

  • Proactive in learning and utilizing new technologies in a constantly evolving environment, and embracing data to make well-informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications (nice to have)

  • Licensure as a mental health therapist (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMHC or equivalent), previous study towards mental health therapy, or previous experience supporting therapists directly in onboarding

  • Experience working in a high-growth tech startup
