Provisioning Coordinator

ALKU is looking for someone to be part of the Provisioning team. This person will support the logistics and account changes related to all internal employees. The role will reside in the Technology department rolling up under the corporate umbrella and will report to the Provisioning Technology Manager.  This person will handle various tasks including: tracking promotions, role changes, terminations, and first-tier support for provisioning incident requests. This person must be organized and handle multiple tasks to collaborate with other departments to meet deadlines. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Tracking incoming Greenhouse notes and UKG  forms related to Drafted Intern changes, role changes, and terminations
• Ownership of termination and offboarding process for employees 
• Ownership of employee role changes and promotions process 
• Ownership of rebrands and splits account changes
• Collaborate with IT vendor to ensure equipment is up to date and equipped with necessary tools
• Manage the shipment and receipt of equipment sent to new employees and collaborate with all necessary parties to ensure shipments are successful
• Triage all provisioning inbound help requests ensuring timely response and assignment
• Conduct routine audits of all provisioning-owned accounts
• Assist in cleaning and inventory management of equipment
• Collaborate with Provisioning Onboarding Specialist
