As the Pluralsight One Account Specialist, you will partner with our Executives and our Corporate Strategy Transformation & Ops team (CSTO) to work across the lifecycle of our nonprofit and K-12 product community, supporting their success and engagement with the Pluralsight platform. The role is essential in optimizing our processes and improving the experience for organizations that are going through a Digital Transformation. Lessons and insights obtained by the team member will ensure long term sustainability of Pluralsight One's social enterprise.

What you'll own:
  • The nonprofit and K-12 onboarding and success journey.
  • Find and remove bottlenecks, leverage opportunities to optimize the digitally-led motion.
  • Raise internal awareness around Pluralsight One and its community of users.
  • Special project support related to Pluralsight One annual objectives
  • Deep understanding of Pluralsight products and platform, in addition to partner and customer product offerings
  • Engagement with eligible customers to transition to Pluralsight One
  • Handling all customer inquiries relating to the subscription, product and platform
  • Managing new and existing accounts and creating opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Running renewal and auto-renewal opportunities.
  • Non-profit submissions to ensure eligibility and account set-up.
  • Providing quotes, sales orders and contracts and all related follow-ups.
  • Partners with internal contracts, finance and deal desk teams to ensure compliance with processing open opportunities to closed/won.
  • Close partnership with sales support and sales operations teams.
  • Processing transactions associated with special programs.
  • Finalizing Master Services Agreements (MSA's) with customers.
  • Operating as the primary field and inside support resource, providing task offloading as the need arises.

Experience you'll need:

  • A track record of community engagement.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Nonprofit experience preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial and business-related processes.
  • Experience working cross-functionally within an organization with an ability to build strong working relationships with peers.
  • Strong work ethic, resourceful and able to drive results with little to no oversight.
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to proactively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
