Your Role and Responsibilities

• We are looking for an experienced Integration Development Lead to drive the development integration activities specific to the acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Development (Engineering) tools platforms applications and environment transition to IBM engineering standard and CISO approved technologies while maintaining the acquisitions innovation and product delivery momentum.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with IBM Software Development leaders and the acquired engineering leadership team to define and execute a transition plan that supports the acquisition growth drivers and accelerates the development team productivity.
• Coordinate the discovery design and transition plan from the acquired team environment and tools to IBM Software standards including Security postures and business compliance.
• Lead the integration planning process establish milestones and ensure these are met for Development/Engineering on schedule agreed with the business unit leadership and Integration Executive.
• Facilitate the resolution of technical roadblocks related to the acquired product development 3rd party software licensing and security including assignment of license contracts to IBM.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven track record of successful product & technology integration in the software industry.
• Deep understanding of software product development lifecycles software architecture and technology stacks.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with global teams and cross-time zone collaboration
