PT Sales Supervisor - The Mall at Short Hills

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a Part Time Sales Supervisor to join its Short Hills Mall location in Short Hills, New Jersey. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Partner with and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of the store functions - Sales generation, people development, merchandising and operations.
• Coach and develop sales associates in the moment while driving sales on the floor
• Drive your own percentage of sales
• Train all POS transactions - oversee customer service issues as needed 
• Open and close the store in absence of Store Manager 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years retail experience
• Excellent organization skills
• Customer service skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications 
• This position is a part-time role. As such, and in order to meet our business needs, it is essential that you are available to work a minimum of three (3) weekdays per week and open availability on one (1) day every weekend
