PTP Specialist with Spanish - II Shift

Currently we are looking for candidates for the position of:

PTP Specialist with Spanish - II Shift (14:00 - 22:00)
Location: Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. - Łódź
Hybrid / Remote work

Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing (PO and NON-PO in VIM)
• Payment's processing and accounts reconciliation
• Handling bank process related to payments
• accruals accounts reconciliation
• Open items analysis
• General mailbox monitoring and handling client queries
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers, and co-workers
• Prepare and maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal target

• Experience in AP (minimum 1 year) or other domain
• Finance/Accounting studies or Finished accounting courses/or already good experience in AP
• Strong analytical skills
