Your Role and Responsibilities
The P2P Subject Matter Expert for Europe and the Americas plays a critical role in transforming and managing Procure-to-Pay processes across diverse regions. This position involves leading transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing and standardizing P2P processes while managing end-to-end operations across multiple client countries and IBM centers. A key aspect of the role is testing implementing and monitoring new tools and solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The expert ensures the accuracy and compliance of processes performed by cross-country teams and serves as the primary point of contact for client-related requests. This includes managing discussions with senior stakeholders and preparing as well as presenting SLA results to clients. The role also involves supporting operational tasks during closing periods conducting ad hoc reporting and analysis and providing assistance to the team on critical activities. Strong leadership communication and analytical skills are essential to excel in this position driving process excellence and fostering strong client relationships.

• Leading transformation of processes for Europe and Americas
• Preparing and implementing standardization of the processes
• Managing E2E PTP Processes across multiple Client countries and IBM Centers
• Testing implementing and monitoring new tools and solutions implemented
• Ensuring correctness of processes performed by different team cross-countries
• Managing and leading discussion with Senior Stakeholders
• Preparing SLAs results and presenting them to the Client
• Supporting the team with operational tasks during closing
• Preparing ad hoc reporting and analysis
• 1st point of contact for the Client related requests

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluency in English language C1
• Any other European language as asset
• Proven experience in managing projects/processes cross-countries and IBM Centers
• Proven experience in transformation processes
• Proven experience in leading standardization of the processes (e.g. Blueprinting)
• Proven experience in managing Senior Stakeholders
• PTP experience or financial background required
• Experience in RTR or OTC as asset
• Accuracy diligence and commitment
• Practical advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP
• Strong customer orientation and proactive approach
• Good supplier relationship skills and team spirit
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills
• Very good analytical skills and attention to details
• Self-motivated can prioritize tasks and set deadlines
