BridgeTower Media is seeking a Public Notice Coordinator based in our Minneapolis office. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, able to multitask, provide excellent customer service and demonstrate strong time management skills. This individual will provide back-up coverage for local public notice resources, acting as a liaison for customers seeking newspaper placement for notices within multiple states. The role requires the successful candidate to become a registered notary in OR, WI and MN. The role will also provide back-up for classified sales and other sales fulfillment duties.

What will you be Responsible for?

•  All aspects of public notice administration, including ad request intake management; proofing pages; coordinating quotes and proofs; customer service and inquiry; producing and sending affidavits and invoices; and assisting in billing and collections. 
• Backup of classified and sub-bids business, including ad request intake coordination; ad production; coordinating quotes and proofs; customer service and inquiry; producing and sending invoices; and assisting in billing and collections. 
•  Assistance in the data discovery, data entry, organization and proofing of public records documents across OR, WI & MN. 
•  Assistance in the creation and coordination of revenue-generating webinars.
•  Assistance in post-sale fulfillment for specific advertising products across multiple markets.
