What You'll do
The Public Record Data Quality Analyst is a lead position within the Engineering organization, driving data quality processes. This person is instrumental in defining data quality standards and educating the organization on public records complexity and nuance.

• Manage public records collection, curation, and documentation
• Contribute to the continued definition of standards for public data management including policies, procedures, and mindsets
• Work closely within Quality Assurance and Product to deliver on continued data collection
• Promote public record literacy
• Develop and measure to KPIs for data quality (accuracy, correctness and timeliness) for curated data
• Foster a high degree of teamwork and collaboration across the organization
• Act as a public records expert in developer processes including consulting with developers and review data processing code
• Research any data issues and provide options for preventing data issues

What You'll Need

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in public records
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Understand the issues of data quality in large (100M+) dataset
• Demonstrated experience with Selenium Webdriver and/or Jmeter is a plus
• High EQ and soft skills
• Self-starter, detail oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize
• Open minded and willingness to explore different ways software testing can be accomplished
• Strong written and oral communication
