Public Relations Expert

Position Summary

We are looking for a new Public Relations Expert to join our PR Team!

Role and Responsibilities

• Proactively generating and relating positive regional and national news stories and responding to media enquiries
• Writing and editing designated speeches, articles
• Budget responsibility for PR/PA/CSR activities
• PR agency management
• Assisting with product specific event organization, working closely with Marcomms, organizing press conferences, exhibitions, open days and media events in general
• Proof reading of communication materials
• PR activities planning:
  • PR activities planning, KPI defining and aligning with product teams
  • Initiating post-performance review and ROI report and presentations
• Sample management for product testing (in SAP)
  • Requesting products on time for testing
  • Securing returning of products
• Creating CSR strategy and planning
• Implementation of CSR strategy and CSR budget management and control

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree, with background in PR, Journalism or Social Studies
• 5+ years of experience of managing communication activities for a commercial company including experience in liaising with external PR agencies
• Experience in relations with media and business local and/or regional stakeholders is a plus
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects required
• Ability to remain productive and focused in a fast paced, evolving and highly collaborative environment
• Excellent cross group collaboration skills is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take action to achieve position goals and objectives
• Ability to gain market and customer insights and to communicate to internal stakeholders
• Analytical ability to understand complex data with many variables and draw conclusions and solve problems
