Public Relations Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Public Relations Manager to report to the Director of Public Relations. This role will support our media relations initiatives and raise awareness for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of awards, rankings, reviews, and survey submissions
- Research, write and submit complete, accurate and timely survey responses
- Collaborate with the graphic design and marketing teams to create presentations for reviews and surveys
- Ensure accuracy of post-publication reviews and surveys and work with authors on corrections
- Analyze review and survey results and maintain detailed records of results
- Maintain a calendar of awards, rankings, reviews, and surveys and proactively research new opportunities
- Assist with the development of press materials including media pitches
- Assist with obtaining positive publicity by responding promptly and accurately to media inquiries
- Monitor media coverage and compile daily coverage reports
- Maintain and update media lists
- Conduct analysis of media placements as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications/English, PR, or journalism and 3-5 years of relevant PR experience in the financial services industry or at an agency handling financial services accounts
- Financial services experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Research and survey submission experience
- Proven track record of positive media placement in global print, broadcast, and online media
- Financial services media contacts preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
