Public Relations, Senior Manager

We are looking for a talented Public Relations, Senior Manager to join our growing team! This person will be responsible for guiding and expanding Uniphore’s global Public Relations programs and setting and executing a global strategy. You will partner with the Office of the CEO to develop and drive an executive visibility strategy and thought leadership program supported by creating the right content and speaking opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, package, and proactively promote customer, partner, product, corporate and other news that advance business objectives and broad brand awareness.
• Develop, shape, pitch and share stories about the future of Enterprise AI, the value of AI platforms, and transformation of customer and employee experiences with prioritized media and producers.
• Research, recommend and complete noteworthy industry, product, company, category and executive awards and then promoting those win to influencers
• Track, report and optimize global media coverage in both earned and occasionally, paid opportunities.
• Continue building and strengthening Uniphore’s relationship with media influencers at prioritized media outlets, including business, trade, industry and regional publications.

Experience / Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in public relations
• 3+ years experience in AI, enterprise software, and related B2B technology,
• An effective communicator and storyteller who can work with cross-functional teams, manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and produce under tight deadlines.
• A strategic, objective-oriented, dot-connecting and decisive thinker capable of marrying past experiences with fresh thinking to deliver results
• A strong writer who can turn technical capabilities into clear, concise, and compelling benefits for the right audience
• A proactive, organized, self-directed, results oriented driver
• You possess a high work ethic, positive attitude, and almost-obsessive attention to detail
• You have a proven ability to build trusted relationships with key media and influencers in the enterprise software, marketing technology, and social spaces
• You work at a fast pace, you thrive in high pressure environments, and you still know how to laugh and have fun!
