Honeywell isseeking a PR/Media Specialist based in our global headquarters in Charlotte,N.C.
This workinvolves strategic planning in support of key functional sustainabilityinitiatives and business priorities; supporting robust, sound communicationsplans and messages; and preparing the team for key presentations and speakingengagements, including planning, and developing town hall meetings.
The personin this role will assist in the development of global communication strategiesresulting in campaigns that drive employee engagement and forge strongeralignment with the company's Sustainability direction.
KeyResponsibilities:
Support key initiatives, organization transitions, leadership changes, and other transformation steps through innovative and effective communication plans that address the needs of varied audiences and stakeholders.
Support cross-company measurement of communications effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Guide content strategies that result in elegantly simple, visually compelling, and easily understandable communications. YOU MUSTHAVE:
A bachelor's degree.
Minimum 2 years of demonstrated successful experience in external communications in a corporate or an agency environment.
