Job Description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in Go-To-Market or product specialist work engaging with external and internal partners.


Preferred qualifications:
  • Knowledge of ad technology products such as Google Ad Manager and AdSense.
  • Ability to take data and insights and distill them into meaningful and coherent presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ability to frame needs, priorities, and goals in a structured manner with strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, while navigating ambiguity throughout the process.
  • Passion in the advertising and advertising technology ecosystem.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Attend external partner meetings as Ad Manager, AdMob, and AdSense product expert to contribute to pitches.
  • Deliver product trainings/updates and collaborate with Partnerships teams to craft and execute partner engagement strategy. Translate technical product-speak into benefits for users, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Work with teams to contribute to product development, advocate for partners needs. Set goals and targets for product adoption and work with others to deliver those results. Aggregate user feedback to create prioritized business cases and influence the product roadmap.
  • Cultivate expert knowledge of key Google products, the digital ecosystems, publisher verticals, and ad technology.
