Publishers Managers Team Leader

We’re looking for a proactive Publishers Manager Team Leader to join our multinational team at our office in Cyprus or remotely. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads, testing new revenue streams, and closing deals with Publishers and Affiliates, contributing to the company’s growth and market expansion.

What you’ll be working on:

• Lead and motivate your team to achieve their full potential
• Develop strategic initiatives for key affiliate accounts to maximize growth
• Find new leads, negotiate and close deals with Publishers and Affiliates;
• Advise your team on acquiring new publishers and maintaining current; 
• Achieve traffic flow stability;
• Set up relevant processes to improve efficiency, performance, and growth both within and outside the team
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make improvements;
• Conduct Market and Competitors Research, suggest how to be competitive;
• Find, suggest, and test new revenue streams;
• Maintain and keep organized and up-to-date a CRM;
• Attend International Conferences.

About you – preferred requirements for this role 

• 4+ years experience as a Senior Publisher Manager and at least 1,5 years of work experience in a leadership role; 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh approach strategies for new leads;
• Experience in CPC, CPM, flat deals, hunting new sites;
• Out-of-the-box thinking is a must;
• Strong problem-solving skills and independence;
• Good Google Sheet knowledge;
• Experience with Google Analytics;
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in an adult advertising network is considered a big plus;
• Experience with monday.com;
• Experience with Jira or similar programs.
