To support our publishing team in Erlangen, Germany, we are currently looking for a

Publishing Team Assistant

part-time or full-time

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of quotations and price calculation
• Order processing taking into account current import and export regulations as well as follow-up and complaint processing
• Inventory analyses and materials management
• Supporting our international business customers and suppliers in English and German

Expected Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Willingness to get familiarized with various publishing tools and processes
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Great sense of responsibility

What would be a plus?

• Experience with accounting and/or taxes
• Experience in the gaming or media industry
