Team 

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and midcore experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Within Core, Publishing supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating and launching hybrid-casual hits.

Role

• You will join a small and high performing team and your main responsibilities will be:
• Building and maintaining relationships with game studios, incubators, and industry partners.
• Discovering and engaging with high-potential studios, including hidden gems and emerging young studios, to guide them in improving their game concepts and prototypes.
• Managing communication and partnerships within the Turkish gaming ecosystem, ensuring strong connections with local studios and stakeholders.
• Coaching studios in the iterative development of prototypes and product roadmaps, focusing on game design, UX/UI, and market expectations.
• Be a part of Voodoo's front line in product management and game publishing

Profile

• You hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree from a top tier Business/engineering school
• You have 2+ years experience in a fast-paced environment (Consulting, Investment Banking, Tech, Gaming, Startup)
• You are passionate about gaming and/or consumer products
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Good game balancing UX/UI sensitivity
• Great interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
• Fluency in English and Turkish
• You have a passion outside of work (art and crafts, music..)
