Publishing Partner Manager, Vietnam

As the Publishing Partner Manager for Vietnam, you will be the primary liaison for our publishing partner in Vietnam, driving the strategic publication of our games to meet the highest standards of excellence. Based in our dynamic Singapore regional office, you will report directly to the Head of Publishing Partner Management, APAC, and play a pivotal role in aligning our strategic vision with localized execution. 

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with our publishing partner in Vietnam, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with Riot's objectives.
• Spearhead end-to-end management of publishing projects, meticulously coordinating publishing calendars and resources to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Serve as a conduit between internal teams, partner organizations, and external vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to our partners and vendors, leveraging your expertise to optimize publishing strategies and enhance the player experience.
• Champion a globally cohesive publishing calendar, analyzing solutions and driving consensus among stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire end-to-end publishing process, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering culturally relevant content to Vietnamese players.

Required Qualifications:

• Seasoned Expertise: Minimum of six years of progressive experience in project management, client relations, or publishing operations, with a proven track record in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Cultural Fluency: Proficiency in Vietnamese language (spoken and written) is essential, enabling effective communication and publishing efforts tailored to the Vietnamese market.
• Strategic Visionary: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive strategic initiatives.
• Deadline Oriented: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adept at managing competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
• Collaborative Leader: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to foster productive relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Tech Savvy: Demonstrated experience with various technology tools, including content management systems, project management software, data analysis tools, and collaboration platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

• Multifaceted Experience: Proven experience launching multiple games across various platforms, with expertise in Vietnamese government license submission requirements, localization, and player support best practices.
• Global Exposure: Previous work experience in Singapore, Vietnam, and the United States, with the ability to navigate dynamic and multicultural work environments.
