Sub-Zero Group, Inc. is seeking a Publishing Specialist to grow ourpublication team. As a Publishing Specialist, you will support the VP/Publisher of The Living Kitchen, a private lifestyle publication from the makers of Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove appliances. Our magazine highlights our best-in-class luxury appliances - but it's not just our products! Our content is experienced globally and covers our products, technologies, trends in the design industry, cooking practices, health & wellness topics, as well as recipes designed by corporate and celerity chefs to encompass a full lifestyle magazine!The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, creative resourcefulness, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in support of the Publisher and Managing Editor.

Responsibilities include:
- Logistical coordination of magazine and back cover orders from distributors
- Manage editorial idea submission form system
- Tracking idea leads and assisting with research for potential stories
- Coordinating meeting schedules and agendas
- Facilitate the communication and coordination of photoshoots and interviews
- Assist with photo and other asset research and acquisition
- Support ad sales and social media
- The Living Kitchen website support
