Your Opportunity: Heinrich Envelope, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Publishing/Graphics Specialist.

Your Responsibilities:

• Review artwork in a timely manner
• Interpret distributor requests provided on artwork, purchase orders and other means of communication
• Work with other departments to determine production capabilities and customer's expectations
• Work with other departments to determine production capabilities, concerns and customer's expectations
• Attend all meetings and seminars as requested

You Must Have:

• Proficient in computer programs such as Windows, Illustrator, FreeHand, Quark, Photoshop, PageMaker, Corel, InDesign, etc.
• Ability to interpret artwork instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to prioritize and balance workloads
• Ability to work in a team environment and with various departments within the organization
• Strong communication skills

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• Vocational training or degree in Graphic Design
• Previous printing experience
• 2 years’ experience
