Pulmonary/CC | Near Wichita, KS | 2 Weeks On, 1 Week Off | $650-700K Income

An award-winning, 190-bed hospital just outside of Wichita is seeking a Pulmonary/CC physician to rotate 1 week of Outpatient Pulm, 1 week of ICU/inpatient coverage, and 1 week off, only taking calls from the NP's.

This hospital is built upon a physician-first mindset, has physicians in leadership positions, and prioritizes provider autonomy. With a schedule of 2 weeks on and 1 off and strong income potential into the $650-700K range, this is a unique and lucrative opportunity.

The Position:
• Practice alongside 3 Pulm/CC MD's and 2 NP's within a 190-bed, non-profit hospital
• Schedule consists of 1 week of outpatient Pulmonary clinic, 1 week of inpatient Pulm and ICU coverage within the 14-bed ICU, and 1 week off
• Option to perform Pulm procedures including EUS, bronchoscopy, Zephyr valves, and ION
• Inpatient/ICU week is shared with a team of 12 hospitalists, off week is truly off; only taking calls from NP's
• Option for Sleep Medicine including a full Sleep Lab on-site
• Compensation includes a Base Salary Guarantee of $500K with bonuses and incentives into the $650-700K range
• $50K in housing, $25K Sign-on, and Loan Repayment options of $20-30K per year; Full Benefits, 8 weeks of PTO, 401K matching, and more
