Job Title:Punch Carpenter Location:DFW (Dallas–Fort Worth), Texas Pay Rate:$27.00 / hour Employment Type:Full-Time Description: We are looking for a reliable and experiencedPunch Carpenterto join our team in the DFW area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of finish and final-phase tasks, including punch list items, handrail installations, and temporary or permanent barricades. This role requires a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities: • Complete punch list work on commercial and/or residential construction sites • Install temporary and permanent barricades for site safety and control • Install handrails (metal or wood) according to project specifications • Perform finishing carpentry including trim, baseboards, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and minor drywall repairs • Identify and correct deficiencies in workmanship or materials • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas • Work closely with site supervisors and project managers to meet project deadlines Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience, including punch work and finish carpentry • Experience installing barricades and handrails • Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship • Must have basic hand and power tools and reliable transportation • Ability to work independently and efficiently What We Offer: • Competitive pay: $27.00/hour • Steady work across the DFW metroplex • Opportunities for overtime and growth • Supportive and safety-focused work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Work Location: In person
