About the Role

The Purchase Order Coordinator will be responsible for the creation of new orders, reorders, and sample POs for all of Non Apparel. This person will work closely with the team to obtain all necessary information for PO creation. Maintaining data integrity within the key order management system will be critical.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for PO accuracy with provided information
• Share out completed PO entries in order for Planning to reconcile & link up OTB.
• Create and manage sample POs as well as reporting back at eom on status.

Requirements

• No prior experiences needed but you must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be organized with good communication and listening skills.
• Self motivated and take responsibility for the operation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead PO process improvements.
• Time management/prioritization skills.
