Reformation is looking for Purchasing Manager who is hard-working, organized, and passionate about the fashion industry.  We're looking for someone who is a go-getter, relationship-builder, incredibly organized, and loves working in a fast-paced environment. This person will  manage and maintain raw material POs for both fabric & trims. They will also allocate fabric production and manage fabric inventory movement, working closely with our Product Development and Production teams to ensure fabric is moving to the intended location on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage, support, and execute bulk material processes, utilizing innovative product related materials, process, and knowledge, while leading a team of 2
• Plan and track bulk schedule across multiple regions & categories to ensure timely completion according to calendar
• Support in the assessment and scoring of vendor performance as related to pricing, consistency, sustainability, to allocate appropriately based on strengths and quality
• Actively manage factory relationships including workflow, cost negotiation, and timelines
• Oversee and maintain replenishment raw material inventory levels with input from the Planning team
• Reviews and assesses raw material test reports
• Proactive approach to risk assessment during development
• Contribute to ongoing Sustainability initiatives

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as it relates to raw materials
• Knowledge in raw material properties, testing, and costing
• Computer proficiency with Google suite software; Google Sheets, Slides, etc.
• Ability to coach / lead and collaborate at all organizational levels
