Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

• Develop and use physics based & empirical models of PV + Storage systems
• Develop, test and implement performance models in a realtime simulation environment
• Work closely with software engineerings to integrate various APIs with modeling engines for enabling an automated simulation results
• Implement statistical KPIs to quantify and evaluate the system performance, uncertainties, and
• Regularly compare performance data from simulations with field empirical data and improve performance models
• Carry out performance guarantees, and financial true-ups
• Develop methods to optimize empirical models across various inputs and outputs

Here is some of what you'll need (required):

• At least 4 years of PV Modeling and Performance Engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of Photovoltaic (PV) equipment, system design, technology, and its performance characteristics
• Experienced with PVSyst, SAM, PV-LIB, and other PV software/models
• Experienced with handling large data sets, and analysis tools in Python & Matlab
• Proven ability to prepare technical reports and presentations
• Excellent communication & presentation skills, self-motivated
