Geneva Trading is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Python Architect to lead and innovate our Python development initiatives. As a Python Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Python strategy, leveraging your expertise to design robust, scalable, and efficient solutions that align with our trading objectives.
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership:
  - Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.  - Drive the technical vision and strategy for Python applications.
Python Development:
  - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python applications (version 3.9 and up).
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Architectural Design:
  - Define and implement best practices for Python architecture.
  - Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance Python capabilities.
SDLC Management:
  - Oversee the SDLC for Python projects.
Learning and Development:
  - Lead Python skills development within the organization.
  - Deliver training programs and stay current with industry trends.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Python Architect.

Strong expertise in Python development.

Leadership experience and proficiency in Python version 3.9 and up.

In-depth knowledge of software architecture principles.

Familiarity with financial markets and algorithmic trading is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, patient manner to diverse audiencesÂ

Experience in fostering a culture of continuous learning within teams

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
