Python Data Engineer

Insight to Action is the intersection of big data, analytics, marketing automation, and CRM that provides an integrated approach to automating customer interaction

We are seeking a Python Data Engineer with the training and curiosity to make big-data discoveries, build the resources necessary to enable those discoveries, to be responsible for coordinating activities.

Responsibilities

• Build/own client’s data pipelines
• Build data processing/analytics tools for research and trading
• Partner with Traders, Quants, Researchers, and Data Scientists to solve their critical data problems

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data/Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, etc.
• Strong programming background with Python ideally
• Experience with Big Data/Data Pipelining technologies (ex: Spark, Airflow, Kafka, etc.)
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
• Interest in working in a fast-paced/high-impact environment
