Your Role and Responsibilities
Are you thinking about growing your skills and developing your career in the data governance field? Watson.AI team in IBM’s Kraków Software Lab is part of a dynamic organization which implements holistic data management solutions used by many large customers around the world. Today we look for talented software engineer with strong bacground in Python language to work with us on new extciting software in AI space.
You will be responsible for developing new software in Python for AI purposes tune and improve their performance. You will work within a team of talented individuals brainstorm learn from others and help them. You will find mentoring support for your career development and a diverse dynamic and healthy work environment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Python development
• Ability to deliver high quality performant code with unit tests
• Working experience with Github and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in Python development for Gen AI/RAG projects and/or for data science/ML projects
• Experience with VS Code and/or Jupyter/JupyterLab
• Understanding and basic experience with Kubernetes
