Need 10+ years of Python developer with Sql with basic Networking

Job Responsibilities:

The Programmer will Implements solutions architecture by building micro components/services, custom designs ensuring technical integrity and alignment with the business. Utilize open source tools and have knowledge of current technology that can be utilized to the teams and organization benefit. Identify, analyze, recommend and implement improvements in system architectures and facilitate developing of reusable components. Perform design, code and test plan reviews to ensure IT development meets the needs of the business. Communicate and resolve application interface issues by engaging other internal organizations. Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to solve complex problems creatively and make decisions. Build strong internal or external customer relationships and manage high level expectations at all levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years of IT development experience with all phases of SDLC including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation

• Strong expertise in Development using Python. Expertise in stylesheet/xslt transformation coding.

• Experience with Oracle Exadata and Vertica Databases, PL/SQL coding including function, stored procedures, packages and stand-alone PL/SQL

• Experience with UNIX/Linux platform

• Strong knowledge of Eclipse IDE, XML, JMS and Web services (REST) is required. Knowledge of Apache Kafka & Pulsar is preferred.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies, SAFe, JIRA, Rally.

• Experience with web UI development and middleware systems is desirable

• Knowledge of in Telecom Domain highly desirable.

Nice to have

- Prior experience with virtual environment: OpenStack, Webscale, Kubernetes

- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

- Strong experience developing/maintaining support tools on UNIX platforms (shell scripting//Python).

- Strong technical, analytical skills.

- Ability to be creative and design solutions for customers.

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

- Strong initiative and self-starter skills.

- Background in supporting virtualization and cloud computing environments a plus.

- Red Hat, OpenStack, Oracle, CCNA, or related certifications are a plus, but not required.

- Operating Systems: Solaris, Linux, UNIX, Windows, Databases – Oracle, MySQL, etc.

- Prior Knowledge of VOLTE, IMS, TCPIP, SIP, LTE protocols
