Job Description

We are seeking a Python Tech Lead fluent in English to join our team in Lisbon.

Mandatory skills requested for this position:

• A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus.
• Agile experience.
• Proven ability in development using Python.
• Demonstrated ability to rewrite and optimize code for performance in cloud environments.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platform (Orange, IBM) and their services.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements.
• English (B2) is Mandatory
• Proactivity, pragmatic, curious and autonomous.
