QA Ambassador (Vilnius or Kaunas)

We`re looking for an experienced QA Ambassador to join our team and champion the quality of our customer-facing domains. This role goes beyond just testing- it's about advocating for excellence across the company. You will set a high-quality bar and drive quality by example.

What you’ll do @Omnisend:

• Identify and define measurable quality standards within your team and in the entire company;
• Shape the direction of Omnisend’s quality initiatives;
• Identify potential quality risks that could damage our brand through poor reliability, security, performance, or user experience;
• Drive quality improvement by setting clear standards, developing testing strategies, and guiding the team to follow and contribute to these practices;
• Implement relevant quality assurance practices through every stage of the development process;
• Share guidance and expertise with your team and QA guild;
• Develop and implement testing tools so that teams can maintain high standards.

We expect that you’ll bring:

• Hands-on experience (5+ years) in quality assurance/software testing;
• A track record of leading initiatives and guilds/teams;
• Proficiency in various tools across multiple testing disciplines such as end-to-end testing, data integrity testing, security, and performance testing, with a commitment to learning and implementing new emerging practices;
• Understanding of software development life cycle;
• Commitment to representing our customers' interests by actively communicating with them, understanding their needs, and ensuring those needs are consistently met through appropriate actions;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
