QA Analyst

We are seeking a QA Analyst to help us grow and maintain our testing initiatives within an innovative and fast-growing gamified marketing company. If you love to solve problems and thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment, we are looking for you!

Responsibilities

• Review all deliverables created by frontend, content, marketing and other teams to ensure correctness and quality, including (but not limited to) copy, design and functionality.
• Create test plans, test cases, and use cases to ensure program and website functionality, including writing and maintaining automated tests.
• Work closely with our project managers and developers to implement optimized testing initiatives during all phases of project and programming development lifecycles.
• Test and review games for correctness and performance in simulated environments, on live websites and physical devices.
• Test and review website functionality, including UI, links, forms, and other online elements to ensure they are formatted and functioning correctly
• Continually improve the automation of our testing process and tools.
• Create and maintain documentation on program features.
• Ensure data integrity as it transitions throughout our systems.
• Identify, report and follow the process of fixing bugs and resolving problematic user experiences.
• Be a "quality champion" in your everyday work and be willing to make recommendations that will help improve our deliverables.
• Perform other related job duties as requested.

Requirements

• AS/BS degree with specialty in software development, QA or commensurate experience.
• 3-5 years experience in software Quality Assurance.
• Some experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MYSQL preferred.
• Google Suite, Microsoft Office programs or open-source variant experience.
