QA Analyst

This position will be fully remotely based.  We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization for this role.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a QA Analyst with 3+ years' experience performing manual/automated QA testing and experience working in teams.  

Your Impact:

• Review and understand user requirements to ensure that requirements are testable. Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts on multiple projects of varying size.
• Assess functionality, performance, reliability, and stability of the system through manual or automated testing.
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the test process and verify that the finished configuration can support the user’s business processes.
• Interact with our database and source code when applicable/needed.
• Collaborate closely with developers on testing results and issues found.

What you bring:

• 3+ years performing manual/automated QA testing.
• 3+ years working closely with a software development team.
• Experience with manual testing and automated web testing (ex, Selenium).
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL.
• Good understanding of business processes, needs, and perspective.
• Meticulous approach to work with an aptitude for solving problems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Desired – Experience with Jira

Education Requirements (College degree, special training & certifications):

BA/BS in a technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
