QA Analyst I

We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a QA Analyst I supporting our Quality Analyst-Operations Shop Floor team in our Fort Worth ASPEX Manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Act as certified QA review of production MBRs
• Perform QA inspections on production lines
• Review logbooks and autoclave cycles
• Responsible for issuing MBRs if necessary
• Lead Tier meeting as back up
• Responsible for one or two quality metrics on Tier boards
• Act as a QA inspector in fill rooms (garb certification required)
• Print documentation for production in a timely manner
• Lead low to medium level projects to completion

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +8 yrs; Assoc.+4 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• Work hours: 4 on 4 off, rotating, 12 hr. night shift 6pm-6:00am including weekends
• Travel Requirements: None
