QA Analyst II

Job Description

COMPENSATION: $$74,100 - $87,100 annually + bonus eligibility (if applicable). This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To ensure the quality of Digital technologies prior to deployment to our customers, through execution of test plans. As a QA Analyst you will lead this process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Test Planning
  • Lead automated test creation and define testing processes
  • Present testing plans and processes to development teams and management.
  • Maintain library of test scripts, both manual and automated
  • Assist developers in learning what tests need to be covered by unit tests
  • Participate in project meetings, daily scrums and product planning sessions.
• Test Execution
  • Execute manual and automated test scripts against our mobile applications
  • Report defects found during testing through creating tickets within Jira and reporting up to Product Owner
  • Manage a fleet of test devices and their test builds
  • Work with our security team to validate findings of PEN and security testing
• Production Support
  • Act as an escalation manager for our customer helpdesk
  • Provide inputs to training material

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

KFC IT, OPS, Training, Performance Marketing

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIRED:

• 3+ years QA/BA experience

Experience

• Experience testing Android and iOS applications
• Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
• Experience with SmartBear, SoapUI or equivalent products is a plus
• Ability to balance high quality standards with schedule pressures
• Ability to stay flexible and solution-oriented
