QA Analyst II, Enterprise Applications

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Quality Assurance Analyst is a key member of the EA team. This individual will work alongside the Salesforce and NetSuite teams to assist in our Quality Assurance Testing by conducting checks on our internal platforms to identify and resolve bugs, defects, and other potential issues. The ideal candidate has strong experience in quality assurance or quality control testing and a possesses a keen eye for attention to detail. This candidate will be working with cross-functional teams and must possess great communication skills.

Core Requirements and Responsibilities:

Essential job functions included but are not limited to the following:

· Complete manual front-end user testing.

· Test software applications across the QA/Test lifecycle of an application i.e., Regression, UAT, Functional Testing.

· Build and maintain test cases and documentation to monitor, troubleshoot, triage, and resolve issues.

· Analyze, identify, and remedy defects by collaborating with our admins and developers throughout the SDLC process.

· Track defect statuses to ensure prompt, thorough documenting, tracking, and testing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are imperative.

· Working knowledge and/or familiarity with any of the following platforms: Salesforce, NetSuite. Workday knowledge is a nice-to-have.

· Comfortable working with technical tools and people.

· Ability to work and participate in a team with an open and collaborative style of communication.

Qualifications:

· 1+ years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.

· Interest in learning new technologies and processes

· Ability to research, troubleshoot and investigate issues to resolution

· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others.

· Customer focus, leadership, and collaboration.

· Understanding of the systems development lifecycle including Agile.

· Experience with ServiceNow a plus but not required.

Additional Requirements and Details:

· Travel is not expected for this role.

· Working in a hybrid remote and office environment.

· Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements required to operate a computer.

· Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision (working on a computer, etc.).

· Frequent sitting and/or standing.
