QA Analyst (Ssr.)

Alabama Solutions is expanding its team through its BU, HNDevs, so we are looking for a QA Analyst who is eager to grow! Great English fluency is a must for this position, as the person hired will be working only with a US client.

Responsibilities:

QA Analysts at Alabama Solutions have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple projects, including client engagements and internal initiatives. This role involves crafting and executing a quality assurance strategy aimed at minimizing bugs and improving each iteration we release. We seek someone with strong attention to detail who can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Must-Have:

• At least two years of relevant professional experience.

• Ability to communicate effectively in conversational English.

• Background in testing web applications across various browsers and platforms.

• Proficiency in creating and executing formalized test plans.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating within a team setting.

• Strong preference for and experience with remote work environments.

• Open and available for full-time commitment.

Nice to Have:

• Verifiable experience, servicing the US, Canadian, or UK Market (highly appreciated).

• Five or more years of relevant industry experience

• Fluency in English for clear communication

• Expertise in testing native applications on iOS and Android platforms

• Understanding and experience with test automation processes

• Previous experience in a startup or agency environment
