QA Automation Engineer

Your contribution

• Creation of new automated test cases (TypeScript, WebDriver IO) and adaptation/extension of existing test cases  

• Error analysis and reporting  

• Daily monitoring of nightly test runs and review of failures  

• Determination of causes (reproducibility, root cause analysis)  

• Customization of tests or creation of bug tickets  

• Driving full automation of front-end testing  

• Test automation and framework enhancements with the entire test automation team  

This is what you bring to the table:

• At least 5 years of experience in software test automation and web application/web services testing  

• Experience with the programming language TypeScript or comparable  

• WebDriver IO knowledge or comparable  

• Practical experience with Microsoft Visual Studio (or equivalent)  

• Familiarity with Docker, GitLab, and Jenkins  

• Knowledge of test management tools such as Jira and Confluence  

• Experience in testing and automating SOAP/REST web services (XML/JSON)  

• Good written and spoken English communication skills
