QA Automation Engineer (Billing SWAT team)

We are looking for a responsible and proactive QA Automation Engineer to join our team developing a billing portal based on microfrontend architecture. The team is also responsible for integrating the portal's widgets into various products of RingCentral.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, create checklists, and test cases based on them.

• Conduct testing of the functionality developed by the team.

• Develop and maintain automated tests using JavaScript.

• Analyze test results and ensure the quality of the product.

• Work with defects: reproduce, localize, and document them in Jira.

• Collaborate with an Agile team following the Kanban methodology.

Our Expectations:

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing.

• Good understanding of QA theory (test design, levels of testing, software development lifecycle, etc.).

• Experience in developing test scenarios using Java or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with the HTTP protocol and understanding of REST concepts.

• Knowledge of basic SQL queries.

• English proficiency at B1+ level.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in an Agile team.

• Ability to analyze logs in Kibana.

• Experience with Postman for executing API requests.
