We've an immediate opening for QA Automation Engineer.
What You Will Do:

• Be a QA engineer in terms of "hands on" contribution and a driving force in our DARE product team.
• Delivery of high-quality automation to prove the functional and non-functional requirements are met with the solution
• Responsible for creating test approaches for the product development teams and collaborating with the team to ensure they are fulfilled
• Ensure QA is fully part of the CI/CD pipeline and promote the benefits of Test-Driven Development and automation first
• Player / Coach other junior members of the QA engineering team in terms of craft and behaviors
• Build robust, scalable, and high-quality test automation both for front-end and API solutions
• Develop, execute, and maintain test automation frameworks for different test environments
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with applications and domains
• Participate in design and architecture discussions, escalate issues where needed
• Communicate effectively with external and internal teams
• Review and debug code
• Create pipelines for continuous integration
• Perform different types of testing such as Smoke testing, functional test, regression test
• Perform test for mobile devices (Android and iOS apps)
• Sign off on new features and functionality
• Enjoy exploratory testing

What You Will Need:

• 4+ years of experience in SDET
• Mobile apps testing experience is a must
• Javascript/NodeJS/Python
• Selenium WebDriver/WebdriverIO/Pytest
• Strong hands on experience testing native devices such as Android, iOS
• Familiar with page object pattern
• API/RESTful service testing experience
• Linux/Unix
• Kubernetes/Docker
• Familiar with CI/CD processes in Gitlab
• Experience with Jira or other PMT for Agile Management
• AWS platform experience
• Splunk/New Relic monitoring
• Terraform (optional)
• Experience with other programming languages such as Java, Scala

Aptitude in one or more of the following is a plus:

• A passion for sports, sports betting, online games, and/or casino games
• Experience working on or closely with DevOps teams
• Proficiency with non-functional testing
• Experience thinking about risk, creating test strategy, and validating the quality of testing plans & procedures

This role is remote, with one required visit to your designated home office per quarter.
Home Office: Jersey City, NJ
