You will work closely with developers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences through robust testing strategies. The position combines both manual and automated testing, giving you ownership over quality assurance processes from planning to execution. Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Plan and execute test strategies, including test scenarios, regression testing, and acceptance testing.
- Perform manual testing where necessary to validate UI and user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and designers within a cross-functional agile team.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve existing test automation frameworks and pipelines.
- Conduct integration and API testing to validate system interactions and performance.
- Document test results, generate reports, and track defects to ensure timely resolution.
- Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in QA automation or software testing roles.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium and programming with Java.
- Experience with performance and API testing tools like JMeter and SOAP UI.
- Solid understanding of manual testing principles for web and mobile UI.
- Experience designing test strategies, test plans, and applying test design techniques.
- Knowledge of integration testing and RESTful API testing methodologies.
- Basic understanding of SQL and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
