Your Role and Responsibilities

• We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Engineering who is passionate about learning and designing better ways to identify potential weak spots inefficiencies and issues within software systems. The ideal candidate is well-versed in test automation agile software development and software testing methodologies. This position will work closely with development teams and other test engineers in the implementation and delivery of software products that meet rigorous quality standards budgets and timelines.

As a member of the IBM Software Quality Engineering team your responsibilities will include authoring an overall coverage plan to ensure thorough testing and provide guidance for platform test planning analyzing various quality indicators as well as directing the remediation for market found issues.”

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4 to 8 years of experience.
• Understanding and experience writing and executing Unit and Integration Tests as part of Test-Driven DevOps Development
• Automation Testing – Experience in development and design of automation frameworks.
• API Testing (Eg REST Postman Swagger ).
• Understanding of SQL and ability to execute SQL queries to verify application
• Knowledge and preferably Working experience on Docker/Kubernetes the DevOps Micro services RedHat OpenShift
• Experience participating of setup of test automation as part of CI/CD pipeline
• Experience in JavaScript (Eg React)”
