QA Automation with Payment and Fedwire testing exp

Roles and Responsibilities

• Banking and Financial domain knowledge is required
• Must have experience in testing Fedwire payments as a functional or UAT tester
• Experience in working with Fiserv's Enterprise Payments Platform (EPP/Dovetail) is a PLUS
• Hands-on testing experience in Wire Payments processing. Thorough understanding of wires end-to-end testing, FRAUD/OFAC integration, SOD/EOD processing and reporting etc.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum software development, QA, and software release processes.
• Ability to work with Project Team and Stakeholders by ensuring quality and comply with WAB Quality Assurance processes and procedures
• Advanced understanding of Functional, Non-Functional, System Integration and Regression testing principles is required
• Expert experience with Microsoft Test Professional/Azure DevOps, JIRA or any other test and defect management tool
• Should be able to create and execute test plans, test cases. Detect bugs and track them, troubleshoot with developers.
• Maintain QA documentation, test matrices and generate reports for management.
• Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter who is highly organized, hands-on and a team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer management skills

Ability to communicate across all levels of management. Clearly articulate the ideas related to testing process and procedure to technical and non-technical audience

Qualifications:

• This position requires a minimum of 8+ years of Automation testing experience, and should work closely with fellow QA Testes, developers and UAT team to understand the existing functional/integration/end to end testing of payment hub ecosystem, contribute to the ongoing testing activities
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence/Share Point etc.
• Experience with Rest API testing using Postman, Mulesoft platforms etc.
