A technical/operations role acting as a lead developer in areas of database programming. Aligned to deliver on work tied to Agile Jira data integration, Clarity reporting, and other parts of IT as it relates to the GBM Portal and VMAR reporting applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QA best practices and database program delivery (DDL, DML, stored procs, etc.) and be able to support the BI reporting aspects of delivery used in the daily operational work within reporting.

Our team supports business stakeholders at the highest levels of IT SLT, IT Finance, and others. We have partnered with Health Services to share technical best practices and common work initiatives.

Requirements

• QA responsibilities to support delivery using SQL and Oracle query tools like SQL Management Studio or Toad.
• Candidate will be required to deliver on technical tasks related to database delivery in both an Oracle and SQL Server environment (create DDL, DML, Stored Procs, Views, etc.)
• Understands enablers to reporting such as Apex, Python, SQL, DFDB, OLAP, etc. A background in Apex delivery in particular, nice to have.
• Experience with BI tools/technology such as Tableau, Looker, OBIEE, nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for some key matrix partners or stakeholders (GBM Portal - VMAR user inquiries or escalations).
• Ability to understand immediate needs but think strategically about how to combine/consolidate/optimize work to add value beyond the immediate.
• Understands how to balance priorities across stakeholders.
• Responds to inquiries and questions relating to scope of work in a timely and service friendly manner.
• Support in internal operations meetings to provide updates and speak to key performance metrics.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $95,900 - $159,800, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
