• Oversees the quality of all projects and enhancements within the tribe
• Responsible for providing guidance and direction for all QA activities within the chapter
• Ensures that practices, standards, and quality protocols are consistently practiced by the QA lead
• Ensure that testing has covered significant scope and validations are aligned with business rules
• Participate in gathering of concerns / bugs from QA leads that needs alignment with other tribes
• Participate in the escalation of concerns / bugs to the development team
• Responsible for test account provisioning and maintaining Firewall Request Form files
• To attest on the completion and proper execution of the Frontend, Backend, and Regression testing through a sign-off
• Responsible for forecasting TAAS Test Units based on demands.
• Facilitates audit on TAAS Test Unit with vendors and ensures the correctness of billable test units.
