QA & Customer Support Engineer (Robotics)

Tutor Intelligence is looking for a qa test engineer to assist with testing robots and ensuring they continue to operate to the highest quality standard as we deploy new code and robots. You will assist us as we scale up our robot fleet to ensure that our customers are always satisfied and robots maintain as much uptime as possible.

What you do:

Run robots in our testing site and coordinate with engineering to isolate and replicate issues.

Handle support calls from customers to resolve issues in the field.

Basically, you will learn all about our system - how it works, all the different parameters. And you will use this information to help our users and developers, ensuring that we are always improving and scaling well.

Note that our robots run 24-7, and we are looking for people to assist with some of the late night / early morning hours. We have multiple openings, please indicate your experience.

No prior technical experience with robots is required, but it may be useful. More important to be a fast learner.
