QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines.
• Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
• Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with the team.
• Making recommendations for improvement.
• Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
• Documenting test cases, Recording test progress and results
• Discovering bugs within software, Identifying, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
• Performing primarily manual testing
• Researching and analyzing product features being tested
• Researching new tools, technologies, and testing processes
• Reviewing user interfaces for consistency and functionality
• Be a part of SDLC (Software development life cycle)
• Work with thought of the Fin-Tech industry.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Computer Engineering
• 3+ years of experience(Preferably in the Fintech industry)
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, QA applications and databases
• Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
• Solid experience in effective usage of data analysis tools and statistical analysis
• Key Competencies (attention to detail, data collection, management and analysis, problem analysis and problem solving, sound judgment, decision-making skills)
• Ability to write reports for sound decision making.
