Minimum Qualification:

• Total experience of 7+ years in software testing industry.
• Skills required - QA, HP ALM, Jira
• Insurance domain knowledge
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant industry field (Required)

Job Description:

• Good experience in the complete testing life cycle like requirements analysis development of test plans test strategy test cases test scenarios managing RTM performing test execution defect management QA exit document signoff build verification retrospections gap analysis root cause analysis and project management
• Ability to lead and drive the end to end Implementation program its upgrades as part of the agile process
• Analyze user stories and define the scope of testing for every sprint and understand the user stories
• Guide offshore team during design execution and review all deliverables for correctness and coverage
• Develop test scenarios test cases
• Data Mapping Test data Preparation
