The Opportunity
Our amazing Quality Assurance (QA) team is responsible for making sure everything in our organization is working correctly. We are looking to add a highly detail-oriented and creative Quality Assurance Engineer who will create and own testing for front-end, site, code, and lead automation, internal software applications and more. Our team believes in moving faster, otherwise our competition will, which is why automation is so important to us! Your expertise in QA Automation will set the groundwork for continued success of our ever-scaling verticals and product portfolio by utilizing modern technology and creativity to make our sites and experiences the best they can be.
Responsibilities

• Evaluate and maintain our current testing environments while developing a framework, test scripts, and capabilities for automation testing
• Automate lead generation and data gathering processes to drive quality traffic and increased revenue
• Ensure site links and integrations into our Lead Delivery Platform are working correctly
• Create test scripts for Front End sites, and internal software systems, upgrading overtime to prevent or limit regression issues
• Monitor and test Owned & Operated (O&O) site performance to ensure sites are working properly from start to finish
• Initial projects may consist of finding innovative and creative solutions to submit test leads automatically to make sure lead flow is fluid and seamless

Required Skills

• 2+ years of manual testing experience, focusing on ISTQB basics, test plans, and normal software development processes
• 3+ years of experience with building automation testing (ideally in the lead generation or consumer acquisition marketing industries)
• Experience with Cypress or other automation testing technologies preferably in JavaScript language.
• Experience in Agile development environment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are a must
• Strong verbal and email/digital communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with various audiences (i.e. peers, executives, clients, vendors, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Cake, Affise, Post Affiliate Pro, or similar
• Experience with Jira or similar Agile formatted tracking/ticketing software
• Prior experience or knowledge of API integrations

Employment Information

• Preferred Location: Denver, CO
• Base Salary Range: i.e. $75,000 to $105,000
• Competitive bonus in addition to base salary compensation
• Status: Full-Time, Salaried Exempt
