About the Role:

As a QA Engineer you will use cloud technologies to solve complex problems, design sophisticated solutions, and build high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical skills required to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

This is a remote, contract-based role.

Responsibilities:
● Develop and maintain test cases and test plans for SaaS products
● Identify and document defects and inconsistencies in SaaS products
● Work closely with development teams to ensure that defects are addressed and resolved efficiently
● Participate in the development of automation scripts and tools for testing SaaS products
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, to reproduce and troubleshoot customer reported issues
● Monitor and report on the overall quality of SaaS products
● Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodology within the organization
● Proactively identify potential quality issues and roadblocks, and develop solutions to address them
● Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products and their functionality, and use this knowledge to improve the quality of the products 

Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field experience
● Coursework in software development and testing methods
● Knowledge of QA processes and methodology
● Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document defects
● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

● Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or JavaScript such as Cypress, is a plus
